Michael Walker

CEO

Mike has 17 years in technology with roles in senior management, sales, and business development. Prior to Baswood, Mike served as vice president of business development at Giveline Inc., an e-commerce pioneer. He also served as vice president of business development at network software vendor Demarc Security Inc. Before that, he was president and COO of AdTraffickers. Walker began his career in the technology sector at Oracle, where he focused on growing the company’s financial services business

Bill Faulds

Involved in the forefront of North America’s response to the challenges to our environment for decades; Bill’s responsibilities at Baswood include leading our technology to beneficial use by the entire spectrum of users in need of cost efficient biological contaminant reduction and energy savings. Originally from the Oil & Chemical and Petro-Chemical Industries at a pivotal period in the growing awareness in the need for increased environmental stewardship Bill was an integral part of the growth in developing and implementation of successful technologies that protect our environment.

Keith Atkinson

Vice President Product Development

Keith has developed the initial products for Baswood, previously he was a consultant with Executive Venture Partners, helping large institutions develop capital and value from their technology portfolio. These clients include; Raytheon, University of Rochester Medical Center and University of Missouri EECD.

Mike Greenberg

Director, Industrial Solutions

Mike brings over 12 years of experience assisting food processing companies with their wastewater treatment issues. He served as Sales Director for American Water, and was Chief Marketing Officer for Environmental Management Corporation (EMC). While at EMC, Mike was instrumental in moving the company from serving solely municipalities in the Midwest, to supporting the wastewater treatment needs of food & beverage clients nationwide. He captured wastewater treatment system operations & maintenance projects with some of the largest food processing firms in the U.S. and Canada, leading to the sale of the company in 2003.
